The picture from the top of the Blynn tower seems to show the very southern end of Whidbey and north of Coupeville.

This expense ($175) was not included in the original Blyn request from Bart and is just over the Director's discretionary spending limit. I used 5 from our stock and I think Dale(?) donated a 50v unit for the PTZ. I provided the other supporting hardware for grounding.
I'll be restocking in any case, but if approved, HamWAN will fund this expense.
Board members have 24hrs to vote.
