I've personally got to build the cell site (physically+network configs) and have to share it via OpenVPN with others building other parts of it. Their plan is to completely overlap the amateur radio allocation there with U-NII services. This puts us in a very bad spot spectrum-wise. 8) Site development work. DNR and others.
