Do you have an IP address? Can you ping the gateway IP? Do you have a default route installed?

If these answers to all of those are "yes", then I've got a bunch of other questions about firewalls/acls and/or troubleshooting on the other end... but I'm guessing at least one of those is a "no".

This has been fixed, although I haven’t walked through all items on all sectors to see if the syntax on the current RouterOS version may have changed on other items.
