DynaDish users, Have any of you tried the US version of the DynaDish on HamWAN frequencies? I don't see the international version in stock anywhere right now. The US version is available with Amazon Prime. Mikrotik's website makes it pretty clear that the US version is locked down, but you never know until you try... https://routerboard.com/RBDynaDishG-5HacD Tom

This is the ones we've ordered from Amazon http://a.co/8aRWG7K They work 100% on hamwan 5.9 GHz frequencies. -- Bryan Fields 727-409-1194 - Voice http://bryanfields.net
Thanks! Despite the warning about US version in the questions section, I'm going to order and give this a try. Tom On Mon, Jun 5, 2017 at 9:16 AM, Bryan Fields <Bryan@bryanfields.net> wrote:

Quick followup... the DynaDish arrived on the second day (thanks Amazon). The box has an "Intl" sticker. Good first sign. Configured with the HamWAN client instructions and it connects to the HamWAN sector I have staged here for Baw Faw on 5920 MHz. Success! The vendor it sold from was Sil Micro (with Fulfillment by Amazon). If you're looking for a DynaDish, I can confirm Sil Micro's stock @ Amazon is the international version required for connecting to HamWAN. Well, it counted for one instance. Ryan responded to me that the one he ordered from Amazon was NOT the international version and did NOT work with HamWAN. That's 1 for 2. I don't know which Amazon vendor his was sold through, but he mentioned it shipped from a Kentucky warehouse. I thought it would be valuable to throw out a third data point. I went to Sil Micro and chatted with a CSR, they said they only have the International model (though I would note that is what you want in any purchase). https://www.silmicro.com/mikrotik-rbdynadishg-5hacd-25dbi-8-degree-dual-chai... They will consider quantity discounts for a group buy (assume a single delivery address). On Wed, Jun 7, 2017 at 12:38 PM, Tom Hayward <tom@tomh.us> wrote:

Thanks for the update Tom. Ordered one to come to my place that I’ll use for field testing and/or on the tower when I attempt the Haystack shot again from the QTH, so Sil Micro has one left (for now). Will provide another data point when it comes in <g>. I picked up one of the three that were available from Amazon/Sil Micro and installed it in the north end of Tacoma. I can confirm it is the international version and works great connected to East Tiger. Dale AH6ET On 6/7/2017 12:32 PM, Tom Hayward wrote:
